PGI compilers are now available for Rocks+

San Jose, CA, July 24, 2007 - Clustercorp, the leader
in commercial software and support for
the RocksTM cluster distribution, announced
availability of PGIŽ compilers and tools from The
Portland Group as part of its Rocks+Rolls
program. The PGI Roll is one of the first commercial
software solutions supported on the open-source
Rocks 4.3 software stack. PGI compilers produce
highly optimized parallel code for 64-bit
multi-core processors from Intel and AMD. In
addition, PGI tools include
features specifically targeted for Linux
clusters. Clustercorp developed the PGI Roll in
collaboration with The Portland Group as part of
a continuing commitment to support the Rocks
community.
